Huge improvements made in the service quality of the staff. They were always hospitable and friendly enough. But not enough training. Can see a major difference now. Staff are cheerful, problem solving, wanting to help and create comfort. Nearby construction at night impacted sleep in my room - on notification the staff immediately moved me with no headaches or fuss. Upgraded my room to do so. It's a great location, clean, comfortable rooms and now with great support staff. Will be going back regularly.

Comfortable bed. Great shower with unrivaled water pressure. Wonderful attentive staff The rooftop pool is large with excellent water quality. I spent every morning with an iced latte from the Q++ on-site coffee stand on the rooftop deck. Room was serviced each day. The room was very clean.

The rooftop pool was fabulous. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The location is great - lots of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby.

Nice hotel, we had a two bed apartment which has plenty of space and good facilities. Pool area and gym were fantastic. Nice location slightly out of the city centre, but a vibrant area with nice bars and restaurants.

Queen Mansion is in an excellent location near Russian Market. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was well-equipped and when we asked at reception, we were provided with everything we needed for self-catering in our apartment. The pool is amazing and has incredible views over the city. The apartment was spacious, cleaned daily and very comfortable.

The rooftop pool was amazing, we spent our whole time up there. The staff were friendly enough and let us use facilities after check out. Beds were so comfy too!
